Niagra Launcher was my favorite and still is. I have a pixel phone and use it. You can assign custom swipe actions on the home screen to launch your favorites etc...

On iOS use Firefox focus instead of Firefox. It has add blocking built in. If you use other add-ons that is where the mobile ecosystem falls apart.
