Today's progress on my next client suit!
The base is a miscast Skypro Suits DAD, Which I've fixed up. And my word I'm really happy with the shape.
This suit is being done as a trade of sorts! Their part was a suit from FFM :)
So I had a little project some of you may remember me mentioning earlier in the year - something to keep busy when recovering from surgery. I had to put them aside when I was well enough, but I finally finished them 😠my little mascot as an art doll!

In all seriousness, a previous client came to me asking for new feetpaws, I took the chance to upgrade the bodysuit to my current style! It doesn't fit correctly, due to me being shorter & heavier, but this gives a good look into how it moves.

This website the the best resources AND materials to use.
What to use for head carving?
Styrofoam? NO.
Floral foam? ABSOLUTELY NOT.
Both of these will crumble over time, will melt with hot glue, and when inhaled will cause massive health issues.
Use upholstery foam!
My first head was made 12 years ago!
How time flies....
This head was not the best construction-wise. Very much a 'style over substance' suit but I'm still very happy with how it looks for a FIRST HEAD haha!
