I signed up for one of those shady compound semaglutide subscriptions. First injection was a week ago, and I can at least say for sure that it’s having some effect. I’ve never gone this long not obsessing over food, or randomly snacking, or anything.

@selfcare yesterday I learned to swaddle a baby and change his diaper, which is pretty bare minimum but I still feel really proud of myself for being a dad who insisted on doing that stuff from day 1.
