@homosexualdalecoopers i do the same thing tho and there's a reason for it. Your brain is able to deal with big emergencies in a much more levelheaded way, because you use a different part of your brain than when you encounter minor inconveniences. Which means you internalize an inconvenience in a different, often more outwardly dramatic way than you would something traumatic.
