I’ve been working hard the last couple of weeks on the South Tees strike committee. It’s not a easy job. We are derogating to a night shift model or Xmas day, remember this is not the RCN saying this is right but this government who know this is what we are doing and must be in agreement or they would start to talk to us to stop the strike!
