Well this is quite the headline:
"Doctors lose new jobs package as strike to go ahead"
No, they didn't "lose" it. Looking down the back of the sofa will not help.
The government made an active decision to take new jobs away from junior doctors.
This surely puts an end to any possibility of believing that Starmer's government wants to fix the NHS.

Perhaps Starmer would like to explain to someone who's been waiting for over a year for a hip operation, in pain, how cancelling a thousand training places for junior doctors is going to make their life better.
Positively Trumpian.
The all-party parliamentary group (APPG) on global health and security, has been told many of the countries were health workers come from are themselves now "𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘨𝘨𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘧𝘧 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘴"!
A 𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘦𝘯𝘵 report found that 𝗡𝗛𝗦 in England had saved itself more than £𝟭𝟰𝗯𝗻 by recruiting doctors, nurses and midwives from overseas!
This is a huge mark of shame for the UK.
There is absolutely no reason why one of the world's richest countries shouldn't be able to keep measles at bay.
The causes are no doubt complex, but this really should be a solvable problem for a rich country with the political will to solve it.
Q: Is #KeirStarmerMP the right leader to sort out the UK's problems?
