I don't know how up-to-date all the Xbox info is (plans really do change a lot in a year) but, as a fan, this chart illustrates Xbox strategy weakness IMO, IF it encapsulates the entirety of their thinking.

This chart should also have a rough plot of winning GAMES they expect to move the needle.

I’m not comparing these two thing in terms of artistic value. But this moment struck me as an interesting meditation on how digital distribution has completely ignored conversations around “value per byte” this art book and soundtrack eclipse an entire 20+ hour video game.

I point this out because files take up space and bandwidth to download. Electricity and servers are being used, and it can’t be good to endlessly scale up file sizes for the good of the environment.
