He/Him - One of those crackajack engineers who can turn rocks into replicators

What I don't know about #StarTrek isn't worth knowing. Most of what I do know about Star Trek, also isn't worth knowing.

Also here for #Stargate, #Andromeda, #QuantumLeap, #TheOrville, #Firefly

Yikes, they gave Nurse Gamble the Mauve shirt treatment! #StarTrek #StarTrekStrangeNewWorlds #SNW #STSNW
Oh look, Pelia's around this week. #StarTrek #StarTrekStrangeNewWorlds #StarTrekSNW

Now, as for the Spock/La'an aspect. They did a lot with Spock/Chapel last season, and this season so far. Going straight into Spock/La'an feels like a rebound. Let's give Spock's love life a break for a while.

That being said, it does make sense for La'an to be open to romance at this point in her story, but there are other characters they could use for that other than Spock. How about the newcomer Scotty, or fellow bridge officer Mitchell?

Christina Chong really does dance well in these scenes, I can see why they'd want give her opportunities to show that off.

I did really enjoy Scotty in this episode, I can absolutely relate to his efforts to just keep everything running, and barely keeping it together.

Pelia's absense this week is explained by her being on shore leave

I have to say, I wasn't in love with this when the episode opened. I've deliberately avoided spoilers as much as I can, so while I'd seen some stills of this episode, I didn't really know what to expect.

When we got the opening credits for "A Space Adventure Hour", rather than #StrangeNewWorlds, I thought "is the whole episode going to be like this", and I was less than enthused!

However, after the credits, we get back into #StarTrek, and I did enjoy the episode.

This new character (first officer?) of the new #StarTrek #StarFleetAcademy series looked very interesting. They look Jem'Hadar like to me (I did see something suggesting they were half Jem'Hadar, half Klingon).

If that's true, something must have changed by the 32nd Century that they aren't grown in tubes anymore. Interestingly, this character looks female to me, which would be another change.

It's great that there's no Ketracel White tube, I wonder if there's some relationship between the Federation and the Founders/Dominion by then, or if this character is one of the random mutations who never needed the White.

Blatantly stolen, but absolutely accurate.

The live action version of the #StarTrekLowerDecks uniform is looking really good in the latest #StarTrekStrangeNewWolrds trailer.
So, when do we get to see the new spin-off series following the crew of the Enterprise-G under #CaptainSeven that was set up in the #StarTrekPicard finale?

Captain Worf!

That is all.
