My daughter graduated from IAIA last week 🌟 I’m so proud of her. The graduation ceremony was beautiful, and I shed tears, for many reasons. Her nalii (paternal grandmother)made that rug for her, and we all burst into tears- we didn’t know she was making one for her.1/2

It’s only 10:30 am here and Pip is napping after a busy weekend- twice to the dog park, a long walk, and playing in the backyard while I did yard work.

She’s blooming! I’ve found 3 other little sunflowers growing nearby. Have a lovely weekend everyone!

I suppose the right combination of rain, Sun, mild temps, wind and birds picking through my bird feeders has finally allowed a sunflower to take hold. Can’t wait to see it bloom!
