@caseyliss seems it was not a great idea after all..
@tvaziri I bought a Miele Triflex HX1 for my parents. You can rearrange to have the motor/collection at the bottom hence the weight distribution is much better than my Dyson
@marcoarment when you house allows you, I recommend you trying the Hario Switch. I’m pretty sure I got my first Aeropress a decade ago, I still love it but it’s fun to “switch” it up
Congrats on your new Fuji @marcoarment ! While it’s not iPhone pano, you may be interested in the camera’s native 65:24 format, based on the equally fascinating Fuji TX-1/ Hasselblad X-Pan. Relevant article https://jonasraskphotography.com/2023/11/05/the-future-of-the-elusive-6524-format/ .

@scm @ezekiel @ry @siracusa the staff is busy looking for nipples, no capacity… sigh, priorities…
@joeri_s I could be wrong but I cannot, though I feel the whole point of this feature is to provide seamless experience for non-tech savvy people like my parents. The other issue is most people have optimise storage on so if i would remove a person, he/she will have no access to full resolution photos anymore. This is how a family friendly feature becomes family hostile simply because Apple’s storage plans do not follow the pace of their hardware
@siracusa thanks John, I didn’t know that. I wish that would work my or me but unfortunately though Apple One is not available in Hong Kong where I live... Will wait and hope I guess
@RSC137 @marcoarment @siracusa today one can buy a 1TB iPhone. Also today you can add 6 people to iCloud family sharing. No money however can buy you more then 2TB storage. I see this message regularly with only 4 family members and average sized devices. I was hoping this WWDC it will change but it is still ridiculous and makes for a crappy experience.
