TLDR: I'm looking for Cabo recommendations!

We're heading to Cabo for a week in June. We're planning on doing some of the typical tourist activities: snorkeling, kayaking, farm visit & cooking class, lots of pool time, etc.

If you've been to that part of the world, do you have recommendations for activities/experiences that we might have overlooked, just from googling around?

Also, if you have any outfitters / providers you trust or recommend, I'd love to hear about those too.
