@macrumors I said this as soon as I saw the deal. Of course they’re not giving up on their own AI projects. They started out behind, announced vaporware, got embarrassed they announced vaporware, and now need to save face and buy time.

@verge I’m not sure I understand. So the new rule is that they can keep it locked to their network until it’s paid off? I thought that’s how it always was?
