Tino HeubergerAfter a break of over a year I was able to finally get back into the hobby and take a new photo.
This time the target was NGC7331 (top right) and the Stephan's Quintet (bottom right).
NGC7331 is a spiral galaxy located 50 million light years away from earth. It shares many similarities both in size and composition.
Stephan's Quintet are 4 galaxies gravitationaly interacting and are between 210 to 340 million light years from earth.
Further, in the background of the image many many more tiny, very distant galaxies can be seen. For more details see my website at https://theuberger.ch/post/astrophotography/20241017-ngc7331/
Total exposure time: almost 16 hours.
