@carnage4life this ethos that organizations can actually grow by having just a few people working till dropping dead with no way to grow professionally (vertical or lateral) and with no pipeline of new people new ideas is so bizarre.
@carnage4life do you think this is unique to the USA? Or is common among developed countries? Or for that matter any person with some success that depends on factors she/he cannot really control automatically lives in fear ?
@carnage4life we live in the dumb timeline... Where people with no interest in reading or if they read have zero understanding of what they read... End up with money, just by the weight of having money...
