@Mw The accounts you see are affected by the users on your instance, who they follow, boost & interact with. Also there are differences in server speed & maybe propagation? of toots across the fediverse (not an admin so unsure about this). This will change of course with more users interacting. Great experience for me so far.

Spent the night on social but I have to say mastodon.cloud is pretty special! There is definitely a different user experience from instance to instance even while looking at the main feed!

When many of us joined, they didn't realize this was a federated network and that you could have accounts on different nodes. It got confusing quickly.
#feditip: Until we've got a better system, adding white_check_mark emoji to your name is a convention to tell others which account is primary.

@Michael_Spencer It does because not every acct propagates to every timeline. This should change. The follow bots are helping the process along.
