@Daojoan Very true. Especially with AI, itโ€™s โ€œeasyโ€ to develop a polished looking working demo. It feels like setting the right expectations with your stakeholders that the demo is the top of the iceberg can be a tricky proposition.

@congruentchange @donaldegray @estherderby I attended the problem solving leadership workshop about 15 years back. I consider this one of the best investment of my career. This opened my eyes to the technical leadership. I still have the notes from the workshop. Definitely worth pursuing!!
