Why am I seeing this so much in website #design? I love Copic markers, they're quite the best of the rendering markers out there, but I've seen this far too often on websites. The combination of a full-page image and text has to be done very carefully, or you end up with unreadable text. Blurs, some kind of semi-transparent color underlay, or clever image/text color pairing.. is there a design philosophy I'm missing? #uiux #webdev #graphicdesign
This synth was probably my first analog synthesizer. I’ve recently let my 9 month-old play with it, and he’s drawn towards the glowing LFO knob. But his little hands can’t yet properly grab the touch strip.
It got me thinking… how would I redesign this as a developmental toy for infants and toddlers? Should it be rattle shaped? Should it be more of a ball? What features would be added or removed? What do you think? #design #synth #monotron #redesign
