Sorry I'm a bit late
@Jakeout Aaaand, now I'm imagining it as a Black Hat v White Hat 1v1 multiplayer game with match-invite links & ranked matchmaking if\when there's enough concurrent players.

@Jakeout My other discovery, was that I couldn't move diagonally.

I'd be happy moving considerably slower (or at least accelerating slower).

I could see potential gameplay, in Black Hat "capturing" pieces whose movement is blocked for X ticks, then carrying & throwing them onto other spaces, then let all pieces do their thing against valid targets within X distance... Maybe if you eliminate *all* B/W pieces, a spazzy squad of "zookeepers" hedge you out, then pieces reset & move 10% faster?

@Jakeout
•VOIP SIP calling?
•Whatever form of GMRS\HAM\FRS\MURS\CB tickles your fancy?
•SDR, &\or UWB vision\telecom, experimentation?
•NVR server controlling old Android devices as cameras?
•CasaOS? OpenHAB, Domoticz, IFTTT?
•Addressable LED system(s)?
•Feed background video\imagery\audioVIS, to a low-intensity long-lamp-life LED projector, illuminating a wall or ceiling?
•A (local network) BBS with classic door games?
•Doom, on a mobile browser compatible page?

@Jakeout Naturally, I tried to block the bishops from crossing one of their diagonal gates (hoping to play a little Maxwell's demon), but I noticed that the pieces can just move through me!

I was so disappointed... Could it be made more interactive without creating problems?

"Transdimensional"? Naw, that's TMNT; the _other_ franchise Palladium doesn't talk about anymore.

@Karma_J
Ahh yes, the Lost Mecha

"It doesn't look like anything to me..." - a catchphrase from Westworld (AMC)

@DHS Man that sounds fun. I keep wanting to play a Bio-Energy mutated humanoid from Transdimensional, skinned as a Waste Monkey from Arzno.

Hey, I Don't Work Here
feels like a song that's always been there, & Cardy just channeled it

@Tedesche @jounniy

Aaaand herein we see why Zorquan the Dragon God of Dragonness hasn't been attested since AD&D

Also, "woeshipping" is almost as apropos a typo as "dolors" ≠dollars.
