Medical advances are made in surgeries and Universities, not by billionaires. Academic research paid for by taxes and wages and charities make advances, design treatments, invent vaccines and drugs, then billionaires are given the reasearch to charge enough to kill people, to restrict who gets care, to make a billion off your taxes and charitable gifts.
Billionaires don't make,
billionaires take.
