Modern and retro gaming/technology with a progressive slant. I’m into fediverse and FOSS software. Old school Android Stan.

Also into cinema and horror especially. Birding is a cute side hobby I love. Admirer of food.

I also had the Nintendo on top of the TV back then. It was where it belonged even with the dangling cable. You learned to accept it. Even, dare I say, love it?

It came out around my birthday, so my mom had it pre-ordered for me as a gift from Babbage’s. I still remember her picking me up from school and telling me she had a surprise for me in the trunk.

It has made service worse. There are hardly any cashiers on lanes anymore. Also self checkout used to have an item cap until they buffed it to infinite items. Now when I have a few quick items to buy the checkout enshittification has shoved people with full carts in the self checkout I now have to wait for.
The Internet has ruined anxiety in general. Instead of a legit crippling mental illness it’s now a social media buzzword making all of us who genuinely suffer to never be taken seriously.
Enshittification never works that way.

I knew a PC person would come in here eventually and flex.
