TIL that Greenfield's zoning for the limited commercial district has required parking minimums for medical/dental practices, including one spot per practitioner, 4 patients spots per practitioner, and 1 space for each employee of the largest shift. All of these have to be off-street parking, and need to be at least 9x18 feet.

Other than some potential changes depending on what comes out of discussions at the Appointments & Ordinances Committee meeting, the agenda for the September City Council meeting is basically set.
State Senator Jo Comerford will be at the September meeting of the City Council. They're planning to wave the rules of procedure when the senator arrives.
