Trying out #tekken8’s demo. The arcade quest has absolutely captured the #FGC offline experience:
- person taking up a whole sitting space
- figures in a display case
- random boxes thrown in a corner
- wires not only visible but also tripping hazard

I’m sure lots of you have seen the “lack of FGC content" discussion. As an FGC creator that lacks content, I felt uniquely qualified to share some thoughts on this topic. Short version here, full 30+ min video in the link.
Forgot to post last night but decided to try a souls game for the first time on stream. Had a really fun time and beat the first boss of Demon’s Souls first try, because I’m NICE.
It feels like there’s a lot of combat philosophies that it shares with fighting games, too.
You ever get so nice at a fighting game that you have negative losses?

Way way too early #Starfield brief review (~5hrs in)
- it’s space Fallout
- I wish it ran a little better when inside large cities
- gunplay feels surprisingly good
- ship combat is surprisingly good
- wayfinding/menu/nav is not the best
- character creator & NPCs are pretty good
I want to give it more room to be it’s own game. It’s hard for me to play a new Bethesda IP without years and years of lore/IP related in-jokes. Trying to give this game room to show what it has in there.
Still haven’t spent as much time in ranked as I’d like to but we’re getting there slowly. Going to try to hit master before MK1 drops in a few weeks🫨
