New house has a Hive thermostat. Literally no better functionality-wise than the first Honeywell one I had 23 years ago. But, crucially, constantly losing the signal. It's utter shit. I don't know why anyone thinks they're any good.

Friday night tea can sometimes be a bit eclectic. This week, it's leftover lamb mince tagine, with leftover Spanish omelette, peas, cauliflower, and broccoli. Washed down with a G&T aperitif, and a lovely spicy rioja. Got fruit cake and Tia Maria for afters. All very British 😁
