It's cold and the daylight hours shorten as we approach the Winter Solstice. I love the way the light falls on things sometimes.
I'm continuing support throughout the festive season and new year using Zoom sessions.
Made this a long time ago, found a picture of it by chance on an old drive, not a great quality pic, unfortunately.
I look at it this and I think 'Be there for yourself first because you are important, you are worth it'.
I remember smiling at this many years ago in #Vancouver ... someone making a path in the city got creative before the concrete set.
The smallest of things can change the way we feel.

Something good came out of my lockdowns during the pandemic. I met a person online in a game who could not speak English. I never expected to learn a new language! But Hungarian became so puzzling to me that I could not resist the challenge!
What an adventure I have had so far, I have a tutor online in Budapest now, piles of Hungarian books, and have visited Hungry several times.
Still very hard to learn!

First, we are criticized, then we internalize and criticize ourselves in order to preempt criticism, then when we have practiced that for a while, we try it out on others.
Listening to a critic is a pretty good indicator of what has happened to them.
