What's going on weirdos? I've gotten sucked back to the poisoned bird app but yuck.
@Cat_LeFey
I love this so much!
@mwyman
That is adorable.
@KentuckyConjurer OMG with that name, there must have! Sounds like the star of a children's book about eclectic witches! LOVE IT!
@Bookworm33333 @GottaLaff I think they know enough of the GOP hates tech and the nouveau capitalists. The old guard doesn't know what to do with them.
They know ultimately that progressives are more of an ally than the conservatives.
@jnye
That's awesome! And nope, I think I'm the last!
@KentuckyConjurer
And there's Geologic Oddities in Carbondale, but someone was complaining the other day they were not open...they might have taken the summer off-school starts back here on Aug 19 but I'd call first...
I haven't been there so don't know what they have for sure.

@KentuckyConjurer I haven't been in a while but Makai crystal shop in Herrin IL (and now also Mt. Vernon IL) used to have some hand-made brooms and stuff from a local couple...can't remember their names...and wall hangings (macrame sort of thing) are local person...They are a crystal shop so they do have a lot of rocks.

Ah here's a post that contains links to their local craftspeople. Including "The Woodsy Druid"

Left over energy, but also more.
When my dad passed I felt it. There were weird things that went on for days & months. Then when I moved back to the state he died in, weird things again, including 1 that was unmistakably him...so definitely more.
Feels protective to me.
I think it's fine, but I tell them not to scare me. I don't cotton to that. And I unplug TV's in hotels because one came on around me on "no channel" twice in my life. I think one of those was an ancestor.
@KentuckyConjurer
Accidentally yes (the one i use here).
Openly because, social media.
Nope.
Nope.
It's a combination of a very important ancestor's (2nd g. grandmother) name (shortened) which happens to be the word for Fairy in Farsi (Persian). I didn't know that when I shortened her name. The other two are also distant ancestors surnames, so I was accidentally calling in all the ancestors. This is basically how I got my real first name, which I chose and made legal. Calling in ancestors.
