My cat got hurt playing with another cat last week, which turned into an infection. Things got pretty real. As of today, she’s going to be okay! Dice the sausages and cook them with applewood bacon. Use the applewood grease to beef up the cream cheese, cheddar, and chives mixture. Toast the buns in the same pan. Layer in this order: guacamole spread, cheddar cheese, sausage and bacon, cream cheese mix, cole slaw, mustard. This is eaten like an open-faced sandwich (use a fork). (Note: I have a super nice, small chain grocery deli by my house. They bake and make a lot of stuff that I wouldn’t normally buy pre-made. Their cole slaw is delicious and always fresh. That’s what you see here. I also decided to go simple and buy pre-made guacamole, because I personally think pre-mixed guacamole has come a long way. Overall, this recipe could be much better, sure. I’m just too stressed from the vet to go there right now.)
