@Whiskeyomega I'd suggest creating different CVs for different jobs. From the skills you mentioned, I could see a DevOps engineer, Developer, Cloud Engineer, SRE and a profile in media processing (I'm not familiar with that industry) coming out of it. Mention only the relevant skills for each CV and leave out everything else. Some of those might overlap and that's okay.
