@jzb I actually kind of like community-sourced banner ads on sub-culturally or fandom-oriented sites. That's a scenario where I do kind of want to be advertised to cus I wanna see what the people in a community I'm choosing to be part of are doing and have an opportunity to support it if it seems interesting.

I made a litter of these lil dudes to hone my sculpting skills and familiarize myself with resin printing. They are based on a popular piece of tattoo flash of mine. Completely sold out of the first littler within a couple of weeks via local pick up sale only. 0_0

@Alkaris No, no exceptions. We already have vocabulary for talking about poorly made, clout-chasing and plagiarised human content, we don't need to poach vocabulary from elsewhere to do it.

The thing about ai slop isnt just that it's bad, it's that it's literally this barely nutritional paste of information-like Content. Even low-effort, pulpy content that's human-made is superior to that.

As tempting as it is, I think it's important not to start using "slop" to describe content that's just generically bad and reserve it for talking about AI slop or the term is gonna lose its bite.
