Just a molecule hanging around the galaxy. Also considered the most powerful substance known to exist or, as the Borg call me, perfection. Howdy.

@tarasovich Of course. I hope it improves, and soon.
@tarasovich I had the same problem. It’s really patchy, much more so than the other streaming services (at least as far as I can tell). Wish I had a solution to share, but I haven’t found one yet :-/
@punkonbus1701 I’m afraid you’re right. Given the tone of that scene, it looks like they’re going to take it in that direction…
@punkonbus1701 I actually hope they don’t get involved (romantically, anyway). Makes all kinds of sense that they would team up on behalf of the Empire because they’re so well aligned on their need for order (Syril sees this, but Dedra hasn’t until this point). But an affair? I don’t get how that lines up with what we know of her so far. If it even happened, I would expect it to play out like Cinta and Vel. Dedra has had a singular focus, Syril not as much.
@djwudi I get it! There was so much food for thought in that thread. I always appreciate it when someone takes the time to do a deep dive and shares insights that hadn’t occurred to me.
@Jjhillwrites I agree. Having seen Serkis throw down in other productions, this is still a singularly impressive performance from him. His exploration of the fear and terror that Kino Loy experiences was particularly poignant, imo.
For those of you who are still getting over how incredible the season one finale of Andor was, this thread (over on bird site, fyi) thoroughly delves into all of its splendor https://twitter.com/ericgeller/status/1596270060183560192

“After #Andor’s breathtaking season 1 finale, I’m calling it: This show is the best Star Wars content ever made. Cassian finds his path with inspiration from Maarva & Nemik, Mon takes a huge step in Luthen's direction, and Ferrix reaches its breaking point. All hail Tony Gilroy.”

The folks on A More Civilized Age podcast made an intriguing point about Kino Loy's journey in this episode. When he says, "I'm going to assume I'm already dead and take it from there," that's probably because he can't swim and he knows he most likely couldn't safely escape. So it's no wonder he finally gets on board with Andor's plan when Andor says, "I'd rather die trying to take them down than die giving them what they want." Now that Kino knows the Empire will never let him go and he can't swim to freedom either, this is the only path that can give him purpose.
@drwho This is great. Thank you for sharing!
