How to maintain maximum anonymity in the future? - Lemmy.World

My fear is that special AI systems will appear that will analyze every message I send and every action on my device. What skills should I have? What Linux knowledge should I have? What should I know about routers and how the Internet works, VPN, and so on? I’m still on Windows, and it’s starting to scare me. I just found out that the system records almost everything I do and sends the data to servers. And someone also told me that if I want an anonymous system, I have to figure it out myself, completely.

I recently stopped degrading and am starting to think, is there any advice on how to avoid falling into degradation again?

Clarification: I know he’s Big Brother’s lackey, but lately I’ve been really lacking communication, apparently I’ve fallen for this hook. I haven’t been able to find any real-life communication for years now, but I’ve been increasingly reluctant to risk communicating while Big Brother is watching. There are good alternatives to Discord?

I’m just concerned that the government and corporations seem to be planning to destroy the current internet, perhaps turning it into a garbage dump using artificial intelligence, and create a new internet that will require personal identification. This means that many overly extreme films, etc. may either be banned, or if you watch them, you may be fined for disloyalty or extremism for example. Forgive my paranoia, but I’m interested in your ideas.

No, seriously, I would like to hear your stories. I’m especially interested in the stories of introverts. I would also appreciate some advice.

So my theory is that with the help of telemetry or something else, AI can learn from data stored on users’ computers, meaning AI can steal your completed work, as well as your edits and corrections to your work, etc., even offline if you’re a Windows user for example. In short, AI will be able to learn from you even when you edit your articles, edit your drawings, improve your music, etc. In other words, AI will literally steal your soul. What do you think about it?

How to distinguish between human-created content and AI-generated content? - Lemmy.World

This has been bothering me lately because I understand that in the future everything will most likely only get worse and it will be impossible to tell whether a product was made by a person or generated by AI. Of course, there won’t be any normal divisions; most likely, everything will resemble a landfill, and who knows who did it AI or people. In that case, are there any databases or online archives containing content created exclusively by humans? That is, books, films, TV series, cartoons, etc?
