I wrote about high-priced drugs for years. Then my toddler needed one.

Despite being a health and science reporter, I still got lost when my son got sick as I frantically tried to get insurance approval for a drug that would help him.

@unabogie @lolgop Mostly because of Republican propaganda. Also because of a lack of empathy for others and an inability to put themselves in anyone’s shoes but their own.
@rbreich The fact that it has been more than 2 YEARS since Jan 6th and he has zero indictments yet for attempting to overthrow the election just shows how morally bankrupt our Justice system is. The rich and powerful either break the law with impunity or delay justice so long that by the time they are held accountable it is hardly relevant anymore.
@rbreich we need a technological solution that stops unauthorized use of firearms but still allows their use in the unlikely event of a need to rebel against a totalitarian government

@rbreich is there any indication they are NOT going to prosecute him? Other than the fact that they still haven’t arrested him, indicted him or arraigned him? 🤔
