We're in the Apps We Love list on the App Store in Europe this week!
This is the first time Wordhord has been in any list on the App Store. I feel honoured to be alongside other amazing indie apps like Mercury Weather (@mercury) and LookUp (by @Viditb)
The Old English Wordhord version 2.0 is available today on the App Store!
New features include:
- Share Old English words
- Old English date widgets
- Dark mode icon
It also fixes a bug with audio pronunciations introduced by Apple in iOS 18.5

You may see "dēor" in your Wordhord widget today, but if you open the app it should change to the correct word.
This accidental Deorhord book ad is due to a Wordpress REST API bug where sticky posts are incorrectly returned in some filtered requests. I'll have a workaround ready by tomorrow's word.
