The Assam Sangkyalaghu (Minority) Sangram Parishad on Wednesday staged protest against the bill and burnt effigies of Union Home minister Amit Shah and Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal.
Govt. & Opposition set for CAB showdown
The bill has been attacked by the opposition & minority outfits for leaving out Muslims and also on the ground that it is at odds with the Constitution, which does not differentiate between citizens on their faith

The violent vs. nonviolent distinction isn't the one we should be focusing on. The real issue is direct vs. non-direct
The vast majority of the vital direct action we should be doing is nonviolent. You can be a dedicated activist and avoid violence entirely and no one will bat an eye, as long as you do things that actually matter and don't get in the way of the people getting their hands dirty for the cause
This is *especially* true if you don't misidentify property damage as violence (it isn't). In that case, virtually *all* anarchist activism is nonviolent
Stop making this an issue when it isn't one. If someone doesn't want to be on the front-lines, they don't ever have to be. That's okay
