Last Friday I saw 40 Watt Sun opening for Stygian Bough, and it seems to have come just in time, as it is the music really fitting in with my mood.

As a DIY band it's hard getting shows out there (and hard for us individually to find shows around us to visit). Bands In Town seems promising but isn't on the same level yet.
For Dutch shows there's now a new platform at https://calendar.askapunk.nl! Find shows you like and GO! The only way to make this work is when it's as complete as possible, so bands and promoters, make sure to add your shows there, DIY!
Go follow @shows and for those riding it, there's RSS fiets available 🚴♀️
These flags would be so useful in daily life when you're having one of those days and want to let people know.
'I am dragging my anchor.' 'I require a tug.' 'Stop carrying out your intentions.'
And my personal favourite 🚩: 'I am on fire; keep clear of me.'
Listen to @Antillectual here: https://antillectual.bandcamp.com/
Here's Third Ego: https://thirdego.bandcamp.com/album/third-ego (really love the artwork of this album)
and my band @Rites here: https://ritesritesrites.bandcamp.com/album/no-change-without-me

Antillectual from Nijmegen, the Netherlands plays a socially conscious, melodic blend of music, ranging from ‘90’s skate punk to ‘00’s emo and ‘10’s orgcore. Creating their own unique blend of stolen riffs and borrowed song titles, while carrying the torch of European punkrock.
Last week @Rites got to play our first show of this year, playing with Third Ego and @antillectual
Was a very excellent evening and a good reason to pick up the camera once again!
So here's a little gallery with shots from Third Ego Antillectual

Thanks again to Minor Operations Bookings/Donations for having us over!
Any photographers out here care to share their two cents?
For years I've been photographing mostly small punk and hardcorebands and sharing the photos through Flickr galleries.
I wonder how other people "showcase" and share their photos?
I don't think I feel like creating and maintaining a website.
