One of the most baffling anti-AI arguments to me is that using it is "making us dumber". As if we are going to collectively forget how to do things... That's like saying the abacus made us too stupid to count, or that the calculator made us too stupid for multiplication. These tools only enhance our skills. Outside of an artificial classroom environment, you don't get bonus points for solving problems entirely in your own head. Its just more effort for no reason at all.
