Anthropomorphizing the technology is just one more way humans try to escape accountability. “The AI contributed a patch”, “the AI wrote the blog post”, “the car hit the pedestrian” and “the knife killed the victim”, those are all the same framing.

So You Want To Write An Open Source Discord Replacement

Things you don’t need:
- federation/distributed systems
- multiparty end-to-end encryption
- an entirely new operating system kernel specially designed to—

Things you DO need:
- a user interface that is Normal
- the ability to use languages other than English and writing systems other than Latin
- higher standards of user experience than how irc actually works in the real world
- any fucking clue how Discord works and why people use it

My networking closet is finally complete! The latest addition? A UPS. Turns out, if you're really space confined, you have to stay in the DC domain and pretty much nobody makes UPSs for DC applications. Fortunately, pretty much doesn't mean no one. A California based company makes all these small DC centered power supplies for computers, and they sell a UPS called the OpenUPS that takes any battery, and you can create any sort of weird DC system you need. Runtime is about 3 hours with the 100wh battery.
Don't do full system water cooling if you don't like maintenance. I did a full disassembly and flush of the system this time around. Including a multi chemical process to make sure everything is killed as algae started growing.
When I first bought my property, I was a little bit overwhelmed by all the things that needed to be done. I inherited the property from a tenancy that didn't exactly take care of the place. But, I've managed to take on projects I had my hesitations about, and so far it's been a success with help of course. My latest project is to install wire for a surround sound system and a fiber optic hdmi cable from my computer in my office. It's nice having a home improvement plan go off without any problems.
I'm pretty sure this is the ideal environment to debug issues with your x86 archlinux router.
In light of all the Epstein discussions around US politics, I think this is a pretty good onion link: https://theonion.com/this-will-be-the-end-of-trump-s-campaign-says-increa-1819578486/ With Trump's tweet defending himself and his close circle that actually reads more like "Tell me you're on the Epstein files without telling me you're on the Epstein files", it's all but certain that he's a part of it. But yet, there is still much doubt in the air whether this will actually turn into something constructive.
‘This Will Be The End Of Trump’s Campaign,’ Says Increasingly Nervous Man For Seventh Time This Year

SALISBURY, MD—Repeating identical comments he had made in June, July, August, September, and twice in November, increasingly nervous local man Aaron Howe responded to Donald Trump’s call to ban Muslims from entering the U.S. Monday by once again stating this would be the end of the Republican frontrunner’s campaign, sources confirmed. “Well, that’s it—you just can’t say those kinds of things and expect to be taken seriously any longer,” said an anxious Howe, his voice quavering slightly as he spoke aloud the very same words he had previously uttered in reaction to remarks about Mexicans, women, the disabled, former POW John McCain, and a number of other targeted parties. “That’s the final nail in the coffin right there. There’s no way he’s coming back from this one.” At press time, a visibly tense Howe was steadily amassing the angst and exasperation that would be unleashed in his seventh expletive-filled exclamation of the year when he catches sight of the newest set of GOP poll numbers.
