In light of the Times article on lobbying efforts at SCOTUS (https://www.nytimes.com/2022/11/19/us/supreme-court-leak-abortion-roe-wade.html), Logan Strother and I have work showing that the public strongly dislikes justices attending lobbying meetings.

Moreover, many of the things outlined in the Times article (I.e., using vacation homes, dinners, etc.) are essentially the justices receiving gifts. We find the public dislikes that, too.
