I was on Twitter too much. Kept going to Post or Mastodon but then would login to Twitter.
Finally decided to nuke my account. Deleted every tweet, RT, Like, and reply. Then unfollowed 2,000+ people.
Now if I want to go on Twitter I would have to rebuild.
So the spell is broken. Rage machine loses.
