Armoury Crate decided to boot my PC into a promo video of the Olympics, played it at the wrong aspect ratio in a horribly choppy framerate, then completely crapped the bed and broke my RGB setup, which had been correctly handled by Window's new centralized system so far.

Trying Firefox's new "translate highlighted text" feature gave me a prompt with "this language isn't supported yet, please choose another language".
I'm thinking Mozilla may not have understood how translations work.
It's such a shame MS spent the last month shooting itself in the foot repeatedly over Recall, because this thing deserves a lot more chatter than the stunted review process is giving it. Such a shame.
If anybody is curious, the most impressive thing so far is that from tapping the power button to Windows Hello unlocking and having control it's often under five seconds. It fundamentally changes how you use it.
AI features are anecdotal, that and the battery life are the real game changers.

I wanted a media device upgrade and went for a Surface Pro 11 and after many years of Windows 2-in-1s having a Windows tablet that just... turns on like a phone and goes to sleep like a phone and has 10 hours of screen-on battery like a phone is weirdly cool and slightly surreal.
I don't know that I think it makes as much sense for a working laptop or a desktop replacement, but the Surface Pro specifically it's a no-brainer.
I wish I had enjoyed that a lot more than I did.
