Why should I skrike? Genuinely.

So I would say that I don’t actually have a problem with my pay and conditions. Love the holidays, I’m protected if I’m sick and relieved full pay during Covid. My problem lies with leaders who push an agenda and/or procedures that simply aren’t needed. Gaining pay increases is a game and the hoops are made smaller and smaller the higher you climb. That’s a MAT problem to me (and one I’m trying to escape). So how would striking improve the bigger picture?

I watched a Nativity today that I didn’t put together. It was magical ✨

A reminder that parents don’t see the mistakes, hear the lines said wrong or the falling props. They just see their beautiful children. Perfect!
