Showers really are cats’ horror show.
Awhile back I saw a system where you would hang your bike on the wall using 2 hooks under the top bar. But the hooks have to be long enough so that the wheels don’t touch the wall, or you’ll get black stains from the tyres.
They’re less flammable than the lithium polymer ones but there is still a risk of thermal runaway where hot toxic gaz can escape and start a fire in the vicinity.
Beware of flaming hazards if it contains lithium battery cells though. I think the main advice from fire fighters is to not keep it close to the only exit out of the room it’s in. And away from flammable materials if possible.
Then again there’s a lot more people in the US than in Canada, so the energy demand is higher in the former. Denmark is also often praised for covering more than half of its elecricity needs with renewables, but they have a population of only 6 million.
I use lineageOS personnally and you can install it without any google apps as well. And the updates are quite frequent.
“Re-education”, that’s one way to describe what they do in these camps. And please stop deflecting with “the West did way worse” arguments. To me, China is just as bad as the West.
Gotta love them solar panels made by Uyghur forced labor!

It sounds like a great train system they have in China. Too bad you’ll be barred from buying tickets if you cross too many pedestrian red lights. This doesn’t make the US better, it just shows it’s not black and white.
