@wintermute I wish I was surprised - unfortunately I've experienced a lot of sketchy characters and creepy dynamics in various medieval reenactment and Western Martial Arts communities. So sad; it's such heckin' cool subject matter, and most of the people are good, it just seems to attract a disproportionate number of verging-on-unhinged types who tip over that edge. YMMV though and I hope it does!
