@rowdyamerican It will be interesting to see if, in fact they are available here at all due to the fact that packaging linguistic requirements must be French first on packaging in Quebec.
@rowdyamerican It will be interesting to see if in fact they are available here! They may not be due to the French First requirements on packaging.
We’re due to go I’ll let Sandy know
@rowdyamerican Congratulations on being in with the rest of us here in Montreal christine and I that’s great. I’m glad you got the 5% as well which I got from leo here in Montreal so we’re all good and the three of us are in you me and Chris and a lot more looking forward to getting it. I’ll pay for the subscription once we know it’s being shipped. Got to save up for that after I pay this off so congratulations my friend on getting it too.
@Lynn @rowdyamerican Friday night will be insane. All across Canada. Every bar will be full. Everybody will be watching the Blue Jays and Ed Sheeran. It’s gonna be absolutely amazing.
@rowdyamerican Ain’t it great? It’s gonna be a wild Friday night all across this country.
@rowdyamerican We’re cheering for the jays here in montreal.

@rowdyamerican Good Morning all from Montreal:

I’m in agreement with Earle on this one—would much prefer to experiment. Of course the manual is probably written for sighted folks so from that perspective for a relatively new VO user that would remain for a lot to figure out for them, but then of course there’s always Mike Fehr’s book; right?

It’s audio test and new hearing aide fitting day for me but I don’t get to try the options with Ram-Q, you make your choice based on information from the technician and then you’re stuck with your choice; but at least they’re free for us here in Quebec.

Hope everyone is enjoying the new IOS.

@mfeir I’v heard from a blind friend in Rhode that they really do work well. I understand that health Canada has approved them but they also have to be approved by each Provincial Healthcare system—wondering just how long that will take to happen giving that politicians and governments have two speeds! Slow and Stop!1
@rowdyamerican For me and my air fryer that would have to be a pretty small steak. I can’t even fit a full big piece of fish from fish and chips in my air fryer. Guess I need a bigger one. That’s cool that you were able to do a steak in the air fryer great idea.
