World peace has been a topic that has been discussed for years, and I hope, even though I doubt it can ever happen. I may not have been around for so long, but from several pieces of literature, it has become obvious that it is a topic that has failed to be actualized. I keep wondering what could be the reason. Could it be that those in power enjoy this chaos, or has the world just been designed to be that way? I am utterly lost, even though I wish we could live in a world of differences. Sigh..

Why is Grok AI not a free-to-use app?
@dangillmor we have constantly been told the Feds are listening in and monitoring all communications on social media and electronic communication gadgets in general. it is baffling albeit scary what social media giants would want with user's transcripts. what are the intentions for keeping and monitoring that information? they are not a security outfit because if they were, they would simply be a conduit for data exchange with the govt. rather the govt. is sanctioning them with law suits.
how far can AI go? do you all think we can ever get to that space where AI takes everyone's job and starts attacking humans? if that is possible and not far from now, what is the creator of this powerful machine doing to mitigate the carnage? Elon Musk already said "AIs are already in the phase of an overall intelligence than the most intelligent human" how can we protect ourselves and prevent what we know could happen?

It’s just terrible, usueless stuff. Again, not a reason to ban an entire platform, though.

@thelinuxEXP you are right, but I am of the school of thought that the programming could be adjusted and made well-suited for other countries. it should be a bargain between getting banned or making better improvements towards a larger public.
