They took his credit card information. You'd think they'd want to verify the only contact information they have is correct.
Then when I went to cancel the service attached to my email I had to wait over two minutes for this, the first of two dark pattern confirmation screens I had to click through. Guess which button you have to click to close your plan. Hint: it's not CLOSE.
