I truly love my friends and family, and apologize for the times I've hurt any of you because of my selfishness or addiction. I promise I'm working on becoming a better man, everyday. Some days it is so hard it takes everything I have to not give up and go back to using drugs. Today was one of those days. I'm struggling with depression and bi-polar disorder.

Just a reminder, it's okay to not be okay sometimes. On that same note, make sure to be vocal about how you're feeling; there's nothing worse than causing your loved ones to feel like they let you down by not being able to help you. Take care of your mental wellness, absolutely nothing should come before that, because you cannot do anything besides merely exist if you don't find what makes you sad, unhappy, or miserable and fix it.
