There's a reason why 'cooker' got picked up so quickly here in Australia to describe these conspiracy theorists and anti-vaxxers. It's because 'cooked' used to be the colloquialism for meth users having a psychotic break from reality and to everybody not sucked into the conspiracy black hole, that's what their ramblings sound like: as if their grasp on reality is genuinely lost due to over use of drugs or some other mind break method.

At the very least, we need the media and segments of the political landscape to stop encouraging and validating their derangement.

I don't feel like a sold commodity.
