@mwichary this was the first PC I ever used. My Dad occasionally brought it home from work. Definitely a solid device!

@scottjenson Had to buy a new refrigerator last year (in a rush, inevitably). It has "Artificial Intelligence" plastered on the front despite limited other "smart" features.
Turns out they want you to install their app on your phone which tracks your location so it can "learn your routine" and increase cooling when it thinks you are returning from the grocery store. Privacy nightmare 😬
@asjimene @malwaretech I've used it in the past to work around desktop heap size limitations - the CreateDesktopEx() call allows you to specify a larger heap size than the default for non-interactive services (It was running a legacy app that used GDI calls for building PDFs - hence the desktop heap utilisation)
@shanselman Very impressive! Also, relieved that I can still remember enough mathematics to understand the proof!
@shanselman Pinafore is a really nice snappy PWA so an excellent alternative to an app on Android devices at least (am I right in thinking that iOS still doesn't permit PWAs to be installed as apps?)
