Pipelines

A mannequin or drawing doll hung by cables connected to screens full of different social media, and other attention grabbing and keeping apps.

Was hoping to kind of “say something” about how these are often really good at leading people towards bad spaces of thought and community that either distract us from problems of queer-phobia, racism, colonialism, and others in the world or just redirect our frustrations in these issues into “interaction”

Damned if you do, damned if you don't kind of energy, best we can do in my opinion is come together in ways that materially aid the downtrodden-ed, listening to them and offering support as we are able, while keeping ourselves sane and healthy.

So I should probably share some of the art i make huh? put my money where my mouth is?

I made this as a commission for Fire Art and Style, a zine that has helped me draw more, while expressing myself!
