@Jordamus_Prime I think the biggest argument is that Jack, the founder of Twitter, is sort of a big asshole himself. So that the lack of response to the harassment and Nazis on Twitter isn't so much a big as a feature.
@chuckwendig I never got into BBS stuff, I only come around once AOL and ICQ were big. That's as far back as I go.
I know Mastadon isn't perfect, but all platforms having growing pains. It's going to take time to work out the kinks.
